Getting started
What is Findora?
Findora finds the products that a public WooCommerce store lists, lets you search and select the ones you need, and exports them to a CSV file you can open in a spreadsheet or import into your own WooCommerce store.
Is it free?
Yes. You get 10 free credits when you sign up, and no payment details are needed. The Findora Demo Store is always free to try.
How do I start?
Create an account, confirm your email, then paste a store address and press Discover Products. New here? Press Try the demo store first. The step-by-step guide shows every screen.
Stores and discovery
Which stores work?
Stores built with WordPress and WooCommerce whose product list is public. Most WooCommerce stores qualify, but not every website does.
Why didn't a store work?
Usually because the website isn't a WooCommerce store, the store is password-protected, its robots.txt asks tools like Findora not to read its products, or the site was slow or unavailable. Findora explains the reason in your results and in your activity history.
Does Findora see private store data?
No. Findora only reads what the store already shows to every visitor, like names, prices, images and whether something is in stock. It can't see sales, customers, exact stock numbers or anything behind a login.
How many products can one discovery read?
Up to 5,000 products per discovery, and a discovery stops after 10 minutes. If a limit is reached, you keep everything found so far.
Is it gentle on the stores?
Yes. Findora follows each store's robots.txt rules and reads at most one page per second.
Credits
What uses a credit?
Each new store discovery uses 1 credit, however many products it finds. Browsing results, filtering, selecting and exporting are free.
Am I charged if a discovery can't start?
No. If the address isn't valid, can't be reached or isn't allowed before the discovery starts, no credit is used.
How do I get more credits?
Email us at support@findora.ink. We'll let you know by email when credits are added to your account.
Exports
Which export should I choose?
WooCommerce import creates a file you can upload in your store under WooCommerce → Products → Import, with names, prices, categories, images and variations. Full data CSV includes every field Findora found, with notes about missing data, for research and spreadsheets.
Can I download an export again later?
Export files aren't stored on our servers. Your discoveries are kept for 7 days (your 5 most recent), so you can export again from a saved discovery at any time during that period.
Can I use the products I export?
Only in ways you're allowed to. Product names, descriptions and images may belong to the store or brand. Use exported data for research and comparison, and only publish content you have the right to use.
Account and privacy
What data do you keep about me?
Only what's needed to run your account: your name, email, country, your saved discoveries and your activity history. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
How long is my history kept?
Your activity history is kept for 180 days, and your saved discoveries for 7 days.
How do I keep my account safe?
Use a strong password, turn on two-step login in Account settings, and keep sign-in alerts on so you know about every new sign-in.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account settings and choose Delete account. Your account and its data are removed permanently.
How do I contact support?
Use the Contact us form (or Support in your dashboard), or email support@findora.ink. Please include the store address and roughly when the problem happened.
