Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These terms are the rules for using Findora. By creating an account or using Findora, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Findora.

What Findora does

Findora reads the public product list of WooCommerce stores and lets you search, select and export that information. It only reads what a store already shows to every visitor. Not every website can be read, and results depend on what each store makes public.

Your account

  • Give accurate information and keep your email address up to date.
  • Keep your password and sign-in codes private. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
  • Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
  • One person per account. Don't share or sell accounts.

Using Findora fairly

You agree not to:

  • Use Findora to break any law, or anyone's rights, including copyright and trademark rights.
  • Publish or sell product names, descriptions or images that you don't have the right to use.
  • Try to get around limits, robots.txt rules, credits or security, or to access data that isn't public.
  • Overload, attack or disrupt Findora or any store, or use automated tools against Findora itself.
  • Create many accounts to get extra free credits.

You are responsible for how you use the information you export. Findora is intended for research and comparison.

Credits

  • Each new store discovery uses one credit. Browsing, filtering and exporting are free.
  • Free credits have no cash value and can't be exchanged or transferred.
  • We may change how credits work, how many free credits new accounts get, or the limits of the service.

Suspending or closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts Findora, its users or any store at risk. You can delete your account at any time in Account settings.

The service

We work hard to keep Findora running well, but it is provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that every product will be found. Product information comes from the stores themselves, so we can't guarantee that it is complete or correct. We may change, add or remove features.

Limits on responsibility

As far as the law allows, Findora isn't responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data that come from using, or not being able to use, the service or the information it provides.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we keep and why.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. For important changes, we'll let you know by email. Continuing to use Findora after a change means you accept the new terms.
