What the best-sellers finder shows

This tool lists up to 20 products from a store in the store's own public best-selling order, with their images, prices, sale prices and links. It is the same order a shopper sees when they choose "Best selling" or "Popularity" on the store itself.

It is important to be clear about what this is and isn't. Stores don't publish their sales numbers, so this tool doesn't show how many units anything sold, and it never estimates. It shows the order the store itself publishes. That order is a useful signal of what sells, but it is the store's ranking, not an audited sales report.

Works best on WooCommerce stores

This tool works best on WooCommerce stores. They publish a popularity order through their public Store API, based on each product's sales count, which this tool reads directly.

Many Shopify stores don't allow this. Shopify's default robots.txt asks tools not to read sorted collection pages, and Findora always follows robots.txt. On a Shopify store, Findora first checks whether the best-selling order is allowed. If it isn't, it looks for the store's own "Best sellers" collection and shows it in the order the store chose, and says so. If neither is available, you see a clear message and no credit is used.

How to use it

Paste the store's address and press Find best sellers. Findora reads the store's robots.txt, then requests at most one page per second. WooCommerce results usually arrive in a few seconds; a Shopify store can take up to half a minute because each product is read politely, one at a time.

Each search uses 1 credit, only when results are shown. Searching the same store again within 24 hours shows your saved list without using a credit, and you can choose to check again for fresh data.

Why it matters

A store's best-selling order is one of the quickest ways to see which products carry it. Use it to spot strong products in a niche, compare a competitor's top sellers with your own range, or decide which products to research further. When you want the whole catalog, discover the store in Findora and export every product to CSV.

Frequently asked questions

Are these real sales numbers?

No. Stores don't publish sales numbers. This is the store's own public best-selling or popularity order, the same order a shopper sees on the store. Findora never guesses sales figures.

Which stores does it work best on?

It works best on WooCommerce stores. They publish a popularity order through their public Store API, which this tool reads.

Why doesn't it work on many Shopify stores?

Shopify's default robots.txt asks tools not to read sorted collection pages, and Findora always follows robots.txt. When the best-selling order isn't allowed, Findora uses the store's own Best sellers collection if it has one. If not, you see a clear message and no credit is used.

Does a search use a credit?

Yes, 1 credit, but only when results are shown. If the store can't be read or doesn't allow it, no credit is used. Searching the same store again within 24 hours shows your saved result at no cost.

Why are only 20 products shown?

The top 20 gives a clear picture of what leads a store's range while keeping requests to the store light. To see every product, run a full discovery in Findora and export the store to CSV.
