What the Product Feed Generator does

Turn your products into ready-to-upload product feeds for ChatGPT Shopping, Google Merchant Center, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) catalogs and TikTok catalogs, all at once. Start from a Shopify or WooCommerce product CSV (free, read on your device), a store you discovered with Findora in the last 7 days (free), or a store address that Findora reads for you (2 credits, only when products are read).

Each channel is built from that channel's own published specification, and the page shows which document and when it was last checked. You submit the feeds yourself in each channel's dashboard: Findora creates and checks the files but never connects to your ChatGPT, Google, Meta or TikTok accounts.

Settings and checks per channel

Fill in the defaults your products don't carry: your store address for product links, your store name (ChatGPT requires a seller name), the currency, a brand for products without one, the condition, a Google product category, gender and age group for apparel, and optional flat shipping and return details. Every product variant becomes one feed item with its own ID, price, sale price, image, availability and option values.

The validation report shows, for each channel, how many items are ready and which would be rejected, with the reason: a missing image or brand, a title that's too long, a sale price that isn't lower than the price, an invalid GTIN check digit, and more. Fix the source or the settings and the report updates straight away.

Formats

ChatGPT feeds are written in OpenAI's own format as JSON Lines. Google Merchant Center feeds come as tab-separated text or RSS 2.0 XML, Meta feeds as CSV or XML, and TikTok feeds as CSV. All files are UTF-8, so every language is kept.

Barcodes and identifiers

Google and the other channels match products by GTIN (the number under the barcode). Stores don't publish barcodes, so the generator only uses them when your product CSV includes them (Shopify's Variant Barcode column or WooCommerce's GTIN column). Never invent a GTIN: for own-brand or handmade products set “Products have GTIN/MPN” to No.

Frequently asked questions

Does Findora submit the feed for me?

No. You download the files and upload them in each channel's dashboard (Merchant Center, Commerce Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or OpenAI's merchant onboarding). Findora never connects to those accounts.

How current are the channel rules?

Each channel's rules live in their own file, built from the official specification, and the page shows the source and the date it was last checked. Channels change their rules from time to time; always check the upload report in the channel's dashboard too.

What does it cost?

Building feeds from a product CSV or a saved discovery is free and unlimited. Reading a store from its address uses 2 credits, only when products were read; the same store again within 24 hours is free.

Why are some items rejected?

The report lists the reason for each item, usually a missing image, brand or description, a title over the channel's limit, or a sale price that isn't lower than the regular price.

Are my products uploaded?

A product CSV is read in your browser and never uploaded. When you use a store address, Findora reads that store's public product pages for you, following its robots.txt.
