What the new products finder shows

This tool lists the 20 products a Shopify or WooCommerce store added most recently, with their images, prices, sale prices and links. It is a quick way to see what a store has launched lately without scrolling through its whole catalog.

On Shopify stores, each product's own public date is shown, so you can see exactly when it was added. WooCommerce stores don't publish dates in their public product list, so there the tool shows the store's own newest-first order without dates, and says so.

How it reads the store

WooCommerce stores publish a newest-first order through their public Store API, which this tool reads in a single request. Shopify stores usually don't allow tools to read their sorted collection pages (their default robots.txt asks tools not to), so Findora reads the store's public product list instead and sorts it by each product's date. To keep requests to the store light, it reads up to 2,500 products. For a larger store you see a note that the list is based on the first 2,500 products the store lists.

Findora always reads the store's robots.txt first and sends at most one request per second. A large Shopify store can take around 10 seconds.

How to use it

Paste the store's address and press Find new products. Each search uses 1 credit, only when results are shown. If the store can't be read, isn't Shopify or WooCommerce, or its robots.txt doesn't allow it, no credit is used. Searching the same store again within 24 hours shows your saved list for free, and you can check again for fresh data.

Why it matters

New products show where a store is heading: the trends it is testing, the categories it is expanding and how often it adds to its range. Checking a competitor's newest products every few weeks is one of the simplest ways to spot product ideas early. When you want every product with full details, discover the store in Findora and export it to CSV.

Frequently asked questions

Why are there no dates for WooCommerce stores?

WooCommerce's public Store API sorts products newest first but doesn't publish the dates. The tool shows the store's own newest-first order and never guesses dates.

How does it work on Shopify stores?

It reads the store's public product list, up to 2,500 products, and sorts them by each product's own public date. Most Shopify stores don't allow their sorted collection pages to be read, so this is the polite way to find their newest products.

Why does it say the list is based on 2,500 products?

To keep requests to the store light, the tool reads at most 2,500 products. For a bigger Shopify store, a newer product beyond those could be missed, so the page tells you when that limit was reached.

Does a search use a credit?

Yes, 1 credit, only when results are shown. If the store can't be read or doesn't allow it, no credit is used. The same store again within 24 hours shows your saved result at no cost.

Does it show how well new products sell?

No. Stores don't publish sales numbers, and Findora never estimates them. It shows what the store lists publicly.
