One toolkit for spreadsheet files

The CSV Toolkit handles the file chores of running an online store: convert between CSV, Excel, JSON, XML, TSV and PDF; merge several files into one or split a big one into parts; remove duplicate rows by the columns you choose; rename, delete and reorder columns; open and search very large files; repair garbled Urdu, Arabic or accented text; and change the delimiter from semicolons to commas or back.

Files are read on your device, in a background worker so the page stays responsive even with hundreds of thousands of rows. Nothing is uploaded to Findora's server.

How to use it

Pick a mode at the top, choose your file (or several, to merge) and adjust the settings. The file's format, rows, columns, encoding and delimiter are detected and shown. A preview of the result appears below; when it looks right, download it. Every download is a new file, so your original is never changed.

Made for store imports

Most import problems come from the file, not the data: the wrong delimiter, an encoding that garbles non-English text, Excel removing leading zeros, a file over the size limit, or duplicate products after merging two exports. Each of those has its own mode here. Results are saved as UTF-8 with a byte-order mark by default, which Excel, Google Sheets, Shopify and WooCommerce all read correctly.

Big files, kept private

Files of up to 100 MB are read in a background worker, and the viewer only draws the rows on screen, so even hundreds of thousands of rows scroll smoothly on a laptop or a phone. Because nothing is uploaded, customer lists, order exports and supplier prices stay on your device, and there's no waiting for uploads or downloads from a server.

Works with the other CSV tools

After preparing a product file, check it with the CSV import validator, change prices with the bulk price editor, or edit titles, tags, SEO fields and variants with the Bulk Product Editor. They all run in your browser and never use credits.
