For store owners moving platforms
Moving to Shopify or WooCommerce? Bring your products with you
Switching platforms usually means rebuilding your catalog by hand or wrestling with export files that don't match. Findora reads your store's public product list and exports it in the other platform's import format, with variants and images, so you start the new store with your products already in place.

Questions

Does Findora move customers, orders or reviews?
No. Findora only reads public product information. Customers, orders, reviews and other private data stay in your old platform and need that platform's own export.
Will hidden or draft products be included?
No. Only products your store shows publicly can be read. Publish them first, or add them in the new store by hand.
Can Findora see my exact stock levels?
No. Stores publish whether something is in stock, not exact numbers, so you'll need to set stock quantities in the new store.
What if my store can't be read?
Findora explains why, for example a password-protected store or a robots.txt rule, and no credit is used when the store can't be read before the discovery starts.
