What the store name generator does

Type one to three keywords, choose your niche and a style, and the generator suggests 40 store names at a time. Press Generate more for another 40 without repeats. Mark the names you like as favorites, copy one or all of them, or download the list as a CSV to share or compare later.

The names come from curated word lists and simple naming patterns, not from AI: your keyword with a niche word (LunaThread), a style word in front (Velvet Luna), classic endings like Co, Studio or Shop, blends where two words overlap (Glowear), and alliteration (Pure Peak). Everything runs in your browser.

How to use it

Start with a word that says something about your brand: a feeling (calm, bold), a place, a material, a name or the main product. Add a second or third keyword for more combinations. Pick the niche closest to what you sell, so the generator uses fitting words: a pet store gets Paw, Tail and Woof, a jewelry store Gem, Charm and Gleam.

Then choose a style. Modern gives short, confident names with endings like Lab or Hub. Minimal keeps names calm and plain. Playful adds cheerful words, and luxury uses words like Maison, Velvet and Atelier. Set a maximum length to keep names short enough for a logo, a social handle and a domain.

Choosing a good store name

A good store name is easy to say, easy to spell after hearing it once, and short enough to remember. Say your favorites out loud, type them as a web address, and imagine them on a package or an ad. Avoid names that only work for one product if you plan to grow your range.

Check the name before you use it

The generator can't tell whether a name is free to use. Before you build a brand on it, search your country's trademark register, check that the domain and social media handles are available, and search the name online to make sure no similar store sells similar products. Findora doesn't check domains or trademarks.

Frequently asked questions

Are the names checked for trademarks or domains?

No. The generator only suggests ideas. Check the trademark register in your country and the availability of the domain and social media handles before you use a name.

Does the generator use AI?

No. It combines your keywords with curated word lists for your niche and style, using fixed naming patterns. It runs in your browser and doesn't send your keywords anywhere.

How many names can I get?

40 at a time. Generate more gives another 40 without repeating names you've already seen, as long as your keywords and length limit allow it. A very short length limit leaves fewer possible names.

Can I save my favorite names?

Mark them with the heart, then copy them or download the list as a CSV. The download marks favorites in its own column. Favorites aren't saved to your account.

Is anything stored about my search?

Your activity history only records how many names were generated, never your keywords or the names.

Does it use credits?

No. You need to be signed in to see and download the names, but the generator never uses credits.
