What it does
Choose a file up to 100 MB. The viewer shows every row in a fast scrolling table that only draws what's on screen, so even hundreds of thousands of rows scroll smoothly on a laptop or phone. Search all columns at once, click a column name to sort (numbers sort as numbers, text naturally), and download what you see as a new file.
Why use a viewer
Double-clicking a CSV opens it in Excel, which may change values, struggles with very large files and needs a computer. A viewer lets you check an export, find a product or order, or see whether a supplier's file has what you need, without risking changes to the file.
How to use it
Choose the file and it opens in the table straight away. Type in the search box to show only the rows that contain your text in any column, and click a column name to sort by it; click again to reverse the order. When you've found what you need, download the visible rows as a new file.
Private and built for big files
Product catalogues, order exports and supplier price lists often contain hundreds of thousands of rows and information you'd rather not upload anywhere. The toolkit reads the file on your device, in a background worker so the page stays responsive, and shows a preview of the result before you download it. Nothing is sent to Findora's server, and the tool keeps working without an internet connection once the page has loaded.
Good habits for spreadsheet files
Keep the original export untouched and work on copies, name new files with the date (for example products-2026-10-17.csv), and glance at a few rows in the preview after every step. Before importing products, check the file with Findora's CSV import validator, so a wrong column or price is caught before it reaches your store.
