What it does
Choose an Excel sheet or a CSV, TSV or JSON file and download a PDF: a clean table on A4 landscape pages with the column names repeated at the top of every page, striped rows for easy reading and page numbers. It's ideal for price lists, stock counts, order summaries and line sheets you want to print or send to someone who doesn't use Excel.
Every language prints correctly
The table is drawn with your device's own fonts, so Urdu, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese and emoji appear exactly as on screen, which many PDF converters get wrong. The trade-off is that the text in the PDF can't be selected or searched. Columns that don't fit the page width are left out (the page tells you), and up to 5,000 rows are included; for bigger tables, filter or split the file first.
How to use it
Choose your file or drop it on the page. The format, number of rows and columns, text encoding and delimiter are detected and shown, so you can check the file was read correctly. Pick the format to convert to (it's already selected on this page), adjust the options if you need to, look over the preview of the first rows, and download. Your original file stays exactly as it was.
Private and built for big files
Product catalogues, order exports and supplier price lists often contain hundreds of thousands of rows and information you'd rather not upload anywhere. The toolkit reads the file on your device, in a background worker so the page stays responsive, and shows a preview of the result before you download it. Nothing is sent to Findora's server, and the tool keeps working without an internet connection once the page has loaded.
Good habits for spreadsheet files
Keep the original export untouched and work on copies, name new files with the date (for example products-2026-10-17.csv), and glance at a few rows in the preview after every step. Before importing products, check the file with Findora's CSV import validator, so a wrong column or price is caught before it reaches your store.

Is my file uploaded?
No. The file is read and converted in your browser and never leaves your device. Your activity history only records the file name, the mode and the number of rows.
Can I search the text in the PDF?
No: pages are drawn as images so every language prints correctly. Keep the Excel or CSV file for searching.
What if my table is too wide?
Columns that fit the A4 landscape width are included. Use the Edit columns mode first to remove or reorder columns.
How big can the file be?
Up to 100 MB. Large files are read in the background, so the page stays responsive; the preview shows the first rows and the download contains everything.
Does it use credits?
No. You need to be signed in to see and download the result, but the CSV toolkit is free and unlimited.
