What the image cropper does

Add up to 50 images and pick a shape: square 1:1, portrait 4:5, wide 16:9 or free. Every image is cropped from its centre automatically. Tap any image in the list to open it in the crop box, then drag the box or its corners to choose exactly what to keep. Download the cropped images one by one or as a ZIP.

Everything runs in your browser; your images are never uploaded.

Which shape to choose

Square (1:1) is the standard for product grids on Shopify, WooCommerce, marketplaces and Instagram, and makes collection pages line up neatly. Portrait 4:5 suits fashion and gives products more height in feeds. Wide 16:9 fits banners, slideshows and video thumbnails. Free lets you crop to any shape, for example to cut away a busy background.

Tips for better crops

Leave a little space around the product so it doesn't touch the edges, and keep products the same size from photo to photo for a calm, professional grid. If a product is off-centre in some photos, adjust only those: the others keep the centred crop. The arrow keys move the crop box precisely on a keyboard.

Cropping and image size

The cropped image keeps the original's pixels, so a large photo stays large after cropping. If you need an exact size as well, for example 2048 × 2048 for Shopify, crop to the shape here first and then switch to the Resize mode with the same images. Cropping first means you decide what's kept; resizing alone with 'crop to fill' always takes the centre.
